Cronos Europa is seeking an experienced software architect/lead for enterprise applications. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from requirements through deployment, while providing technical leadership to teams. The role is remote with travel and occasional onsite in Warsaw, Poland.
Required are strong .NET development skills, UML design, and experience with mission-critical systems. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
Formación
- Bachelor's in IT is mandatory.
- 4+ years in IT and 2+ years in a similar role.
- Intermediate-level certification in software development or equivalent.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop enterprise software systems.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Translate requirements into technical designs.
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
- Produce technical documentation.
- Estimate development effort and timelines.
- Define and enforce software development standards.
- Propose technical solutions to business needs.
- Collect and interpret software metrics.
- Manage software configuration and release processes.
- Contribute to testing, QA, deployment and change management.
- Test solutions and develop testing tools.
- Document developments and technical specifications.
- Develop prototypes and PoCs.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support.
