UST España & Latam is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to drive enterprise OutSystems applications, define architectures, and guide delivery teams toward scalable, maintainable solutions. Strong architectural vision and hands-on expertise are required, with high English proficiency.

The role involves leading architecture reviews, mentoring developers, ensuring coding standards, integrating REST/SOAP and CMF, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex portfolios.

Formación

• Strong OutSystems 11 expertise with ODC
• Deep OutSystems architecture knowledge and maintainability
• Experience with BPT and CMF
• REST/SOAP integrations and async patterns
• Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Proven leadership of 5+ developers in Agile teams
• Excellent communication in English

Responsabilidades

• Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems applications
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices
• Design CMF and BPT driven solutions
• Guide teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation
• Establish coding standards and development guidelines
• Perform architecture and code reviews, assess risks
• Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery
