UST is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to drive enterprise-grade applications with a strong architectural vision and hands-on expertise. You will guide teams in best practices, maintainability, and innovation, with a high level of English.

Lead solution architecture reviews, ensure coding standards, and mentor developers while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Formación

• Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Deep OutSystems architecture knowledge: modularization, dependencies, scalability and maintainability.
• Experience with BPT and Case Management Framework (CMF).
• Layered enterprise application design background.
• Proven refactoring of legacy OutSystems apps and addressing anti-patterns.
• Integration experience (REST, SOAP, async patterns).
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid software engineering foundation (OOP, design patterns).
• 5+ years software dev experience, incl. 2–3 years in Tech Lead/Architect role.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ developers.
• Strong English communication (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems apps.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Design process-driven and CMF/BPT solutions.
• Guide teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Establish coding standards and development guidelines.
• Perform architecture and code reviews and assess technical risks.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in development activities and release prep.
• Mentor team members and provide continuous technical leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
