Alten is seeking a Development Lead in Madrid to drive CRM development using C# plugins, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse. You will lead architectural governance, implement layering strategies, and oversee DevOps and releases in a logistics context.

The role requires multiple years of CRM development experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to operate within a hybrid work model with some remote days.

Formación

• Several years of professional CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services.
• Understanding of scalable enterprise application design.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions.
• Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines.
• Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by architecture and platform strategy.
• DevOps & Release Management oversight.
• Lead and mentor the development team.
