• Experience in designing and building scalable backend applications with C# and .NET Core.
• Strong background with REST APIs and microservices.
• Proven Azure cloud experience and Microsoft Azure services.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, agile processes, and code reviews.
• Mentor juniors and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Architect and build high-performance REST APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Drive evolution to modern microservices architectures and define roadmaps.
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and standards.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical growth across teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Define API contracts and data models for distributed systems.
• Build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and optimize data models.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical planning, and backlog refinement.
• Promote quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
