Kaleris is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Valencia to lead end-to-end ML and reinforcement learning initiatives across logistics and supply chain products.

You will own problem framing, data strategy, model development, validation, and production operations while partnering with product and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Master’s in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Math, OR, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in data science/ML with production delivery and measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of statistics, data modelling, ML, and visualization; practical RL experience.
• Strong Python and a DL framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow); solid SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience with experiment design, hypothesis testing, and model diagnostics; ability to build clear visualizations.
• MLOps competence: containers, CI/CD, and deploying models in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Track record of operating production ML systems with monitoring and incident response.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional, global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ML solution design translating objectives into modeling plans and deployment strategies.
• Architect training/evaluation environments, including simulators, for safe pre-live assessment.
• Establish data quality standards and reliable pipelines for ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, labeling, and experiment tracking.
• Define rewards, constraints, and safety; plan offline evaluations and controlled experiments to validate performance.
• Validate and operate production models with acceptance criteria, tests, monitoring, and drift investigations.
• Drive responsible AI practices, governance, documentation, and reproducible experimentation.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to scope initiatives and integrate models as scalable services.
• Mentor data scientists, lead technical reviews, and promote best practices.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders with clear narratives and visualizations.
