Solera in Sevilla is seeking a Data Science & ML Engineering Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers and software engineers working on the Visual Intelligence platform.

You will own technical direction, shape roadmaps, ensure high-quality delivery, and architect scalable ML systems to handle hundreds of millions of images. Strong leadership, cloud experience, and fluency in English are essential; the role offers autonomy and international collaboration.

Formación

• Proven DL/CV leadership in research and production.
• Delivery of ML-based value with cross-functional teams.
• Solid ML fundamentals including tree-based models and LLMs.
• Experience with large-scale cloud-based data processing.
• Strong software engineering and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to balance short-term value with long-term growth.
• Advocates transparency, inclusion and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the cross-functional VI team and drive value.
• Architect scalable data/ML systems for hundreds of millions of images.
• Define roadmaps and milestones aligned to business goals.
