Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager, AMZL, Trans Vol to lead a team responsible for large-scale last-mile logistics decisions in Europe. You will schedule tens of thousands of packages across multiple Delivery Stations daily, drive performance, and implement data-driven improvements to cost, customer experience, and driver engagement.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, mentoring staff, and supporting a Rush EU test in Q4 2026 with potential expansion in 2027.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field or related discipline.
Experience in stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
Strong project planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Managing daily operations of the team, ensuring required tasks are executed on time and per standard practices.
Monitor and report on daily and weekly performance.
Deep dive on trends, identify gaps in metrics and take corrective actions.
Execute best practices to improve customer, cost, and delivery partner outcomes.
Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, scaling as needed.
Create and drive scalable standard work enabling remote support
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs for the team.
