Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) is required.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in design and delivery of linear infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or OpenRoads/OpenRail is required.
- Experience with GIS platforms ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Experience using HEC-RAS and Infoworks for hydraulic and flood modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; teamwork and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee drainage system design for highways, railways, and airports.
- Review and validate hydrological and hydraulic studies.
- Coordinate hydraulic modelling activities with specialised software.
- Manage collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in international environments.
- Review and approve technical documentation in English and Spanish.
