IC Resources is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer in Spain to drive development of advanced electronic products from concept through production. You will provide technical leadership across hardware design and mentor engineers in a multidisciplinary team.

You will design analogue and digital circuits, develop schematics, support PCB reviews and board bring‑up, and coordinate with software, mechanical and systems teams to ensure robust, manufacturable products.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in electronic hardware design.
• Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience developing products through full development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and debugging.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Lead Hardware Engineer

This Lead Hardware Engineer role focuses on the development of advanced electronic products from concept through production.
