IC Resources is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to drive development of advanced electronic products from concept to production in Madrid. You will provide technical leadership across hardware design activities and mentor the engineering team.

Responsibilities include leading projects through all stages, designing analogue and digital circuits, developing schematics, and supporting manufacturing, NPI, and qualification efforts with close collaboration with software, mechanical and systems teams.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in electronic hardware design.
• Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience developing products through the full development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and debugging.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware development projects from requirements through release.
• Design analogue and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop schematics and support PCB design and review activities.
• Guide hardware engineers through design, testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical direction.
• Support board bring-up, verification and product qualification.
• Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineers.
• Support manufacturing, NPI and product improvement activities.
