Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Fraud on the Veriff Network to translate fraud detection and accuracy into customer-facing experiences, such as a Feedback API, insights in Station, and automated reporting. You will own the product experiences, guide the roadmap with fraud leadership, and drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and sales to grow the fraud offering.

This role is foundational on the Veriff Network, shaping packaging, pricing, and cross-platform

Qualifications

• Shipped fraud or risk products or managed fraud/risk at a digital-native company.
• Understand attack patterns and the precision/recall trade-off.
• Experience with network-effect or marketplace data products.
• Ability to conduct customer discovery with fraud teams and translate insights into roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud product experiences (Feedback API, fraud insights in Station, automated fraud reporting).
• Lead customer engagement to turn experiences into a feedback loop.
• Shape packaging and growth of Veriff Network fraud offering.
• Be a foundational role shaping packaging and cross-product collaboration for the network.
