Job summary

Veriff is seeking a People Partner to join its global People team and support engineering and product leaders. You’ll be a trusted advisor helping build high-performing teams across time zones in a flexible hybrid work model.

You’ll apply HR expertise, influence organizational design, change management, talent reviews, and employee engagement to help Veriff protect honest people online.

Fluency in English is required; remote-friendly with opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management.
• Strong business acumen with ability to use data to influence decisions and drive change.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and coach leaders across levels.
• Comfort working independently and in a global, cross-functional team across time zones.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions on organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, including restructures and leadership transitions.
• Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization for future growth.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee engagement strategies.
• Serve as a key contact for employee relations and ensure compliance with European labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives using surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
• Translate people metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
