CAE is looking for a Local Training Standards Lead based in Madrid to oversee instructor performance, ensure compliance, and deliver training sessions. You will mentor instructors and coordinate audits, while fostering a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience training Multi-Pilot Aircraft pilots and managing instructor training. The position offers benefits including private medical insurance and meal vouchers.

Formación

• Extensive experience training Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) pilots for professional licences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering or managing instructor training.
• Working knowledge of aviation regulations such as Part-FCL/ORA, CFR Part 61.

Responsabilidades

• Mentoring and overseeing performance for instructors and examiners.
• Coordinating and analysing audits and performance reviews.
• Delivering instructor training sessions and maintaining training materials.

Conocimientos

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to implement and harmonise global standardisation policies

Educación

ICAO ATPL or CPL licence

FAA instructor certificate or equivalent
