J.P. Morgan in Barcelona is seeking a Shareplan Team Manager to lead multiple operational teams within Equity Plan Management. You will drive customer and employee satisfaction while aligning deliverables with business priorities, legal requirements, and client expectations.

You will contribute to strategy, champion continuous improvement, support product and systems development, and promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture in a dynamic Workplace Solutions environment.

Formación

• Experience leading multiple teams in an operational setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Solid understanding of controls, audits, regulatory obligations, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support multiple operational teams, ensuring priorities, deliverables, and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, performance-focused culture and align with business strategy.
• Support HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage delivery, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Analyze data to produce monthly metrics by client and product.
• Act as escalation point for IT, product, and CRM issues; participate in updates.
• Provide input on system development, prioritization, and UAT.
• Review software enhancement requirements and escalate gaps.
• Oversee controls, audits, and governance obligations.
