You will collaborate with Data Domain Leads and Product Owners, guiding a delivery team of external data engineers to raise technical standards and ensure compliant data solutions.

The role emphasizes modern data stack execution, observability, and strong stakeholder advisory, within a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence about two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing Data Mesh architectures in large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling and dimensional modeling.
• Strong Python, dbt, GitLab CI/CD, Talend, and API ingestion skills.
• Experience applying data quality standards across pipelines with observability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching design of Data Mesh architectures and data solutions.
• Lead reusable, governed Data Products with access control and compliance.
• Collaborate with Data Domain Leads and Product Owners to translate needs.
• Mentor delivery teams of external data engineers and elevate standards.
• Innovate data pipelines and enterprise data modeling strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end data pipeline buildout and cloud optimization.
