Aily Labs is hiring data practitioners to own and evolve multi-tenant data platforms powering its AI decision engine. You will design robust pipelines using Python, SQL and dbt, and ensure data quality for enterprise-grade insights.

Join a hybrid team spanning Madrid, Barcelona and Munich, collaborating with product, software and ML teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive real-world impact.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Expert SQL skills with advanced modeling and optimization.
• Advanced Python for services/pipelines and data workflows.
• Strong CI/CD practices and test-driven development (pytest).
• Business-domain mindset and ability to translate data needs into architectures.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end architecture and ownership of multi-tenant data platforms.
• Build robust data components using Python and dbt-based transformations.
• Enforce data quality standards and implement scalable validation.
• Optimize data infrastructure, performance and cost.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices in data engineering.
