Aily Labs in Madrid (hybrid) is seeking MID AI/ML Engineers to design, build, and scale production-ready AI/ML infrastructure powering our decision intelligence platform. You will turn models into scalable, reliable systems and collaborate with data scientists and engineers across the business.

The role requires 3+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud experience, plus a willingness to mentor teammates and work across Madrid, Barcelona, and Munich.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Solid AI/ML fundamentals and strong Python
• Experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms
• Mentor junior team members on technical topics

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale ML infrastructure and pipelines (data -> model -> deployment -> monitoring) with guidance from mid/senior engineers
• Productize AI/ML models and LLMs by working on APIs, infrastructure, and applying software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, versioning)
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable solutions, monitor systems in production, and communicate progress and technical challenges
• Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions to production
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data->model->deployment->monitoring) autonomously
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by the AI team daily
• Communicate results and learn to explain our product and software/AI behind
