Symrise AG in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Manager - Data & AI Stewards Community to lead the enterprise Data & AI steward network. You will drive governance adoption, foster collaboration across domains, and align initiatives with strategic priorities.

You will partner with business and technology teams, promote responsible AI, support data literacy, and build a culture of data stewardship across a globally distributed organization.

Formación

• Experience in data governance, data management, analytics, AI, or related areas.
• Experience leading communities, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of data governance principles and AI-related topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the enterprise-wide Data & AI Steward community.
• Drive engagement initiatives and promote collaboration across business domains.
• Establish and maintain governance standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align governance initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Promote data governance principles and responsible AI practices.
• Support data and AI literacy, democratization, and community adoption efforts.
• Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and community activities.
• Monitor governance maturity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as an advocate for stewardship and data culture initiatives across Symrise
