dsm-firmenich seeks a Data & AI Product Manager - Finance in Barcelona to lead end-to-end finance data products. You will bridge Finance stakeholders with data engineers, AI teams, and governance to deliver scalable data solutions that enhance decision-making and automation.

Responsibilities include defining vision, prioritizing backlogs, and driving agile execution across data and AI assets, with a focus on data quality, governance, and value realization for finance processes.

Formación

• Experience defining data products for finance domains and enabling AI use cases.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into data and AI product specs.
• Strong collaboration with finance stakeholders, engineers, and governance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Finance Data & AI products, aligned with Finance strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Translate Finance needs into data product capabilities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the Finance data product backlog with prioritization and sequencing.
• Lead sprint, quarterly, and release planning for Finance data and AI product teams.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, data engineers, architects, and AI specialists to build scalable data solutions.
• Drive delivery of foundational Finance data assets, including datasets, semantic models, reporting layers, and QA controls.
• Partner with Finance process owners to optimise data flows across accounting, controlling, planning, tax, treasury, and reporting.
• Ensure data products meet data quality, auditability, security, access control, and compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to Finance use cases such as anomaly detection and forecast support.
