EY seeks a Data & AI Lead to design agentic tax workflows powered by AI-ready data products. You will architect scalable data marts, oversee data ingestion from ERP and tax platforms, and ensure governance and security across EY client environments.

You will collaborate with tax professionals and data engineers to advance AI-driven transformations, applying modern tools and leading-edge architectures in a global CoE. EY offers flexible, inclusive cultures and global opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; advanced AI/cloud/data engineering certifications are advantageous.
• 15+ years' experience across data architecture, data engineering, and analytics including SQL database design and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling such as Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Strong data modelling, governance, and large-scale data integration fundamentals.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML in production environments and programming in Python/Java/C++.

• Design agentic tax workflows and AI-enabled data products.
• Architect scalable data marts with governance, lineage, and quality controls.
• Lead data ingestion/transformation from ERP, tax platforms, and external sources.
• Define reusable blueprints and ensure security and governance across client environments.
