EY’s Global Tax Centre of Excellence Data & AI team invites you to design agentic tax workflows and AI-ready data products that scale across markets. You will architect reusable patterns and lead governance for robust, scalable tax technology capabilities.

You will drive platform strategies and accelerators, enabling EY-hosted deployments and client solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across EY’s Tax technology landscape.

Formación

• Experience designing agentic tax workflows.
• Proficiency in data marts, data lineage and quality controls.
• Experience with governance, security and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic workflows for tax processes, including task-level agent responsibilities and inter-agent communication.
• Oversee AI-ready data marts with proper data lineage and quality controls.
• Lead governance and security for agent-based architectures.
• Develop platform strategies for deployable EY-hosted architectures and client environments.
• Develop reference architectures, patterns, accelerators, and support PoCs and pilots.

The opportunity

EY’s Global Tax Centre of Excellence Data & AI team plays a prominent role in leading client transformation initiatives that leverage Data & AI as core capabilities. The CoE seeks to architect reusable patterns and process blueprints to bootstrap scalability across all the EY Tax technology teams in all key markets. You will have an opportunity to stay on the leading edge of technology development and contribute to the successful transformation of EY Tax and its clients.

Role Purpose

The Data & AI Lead role is responsible for designing and architecting agentic tax workflows, underpinned by AI‑ready data products and robust data engineering.

This Role Sits At The Intersection Of

• Tax domain understanding
• Data architecture and engineering
• Applied AI and agent orchestration

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflow & AI Design
  • Design agentic workflows for tax processes, including:
  • Task‑level agent responsibilities
  • Agent‑to‑agent communication patterns
  • Human‑in‑the‑loop and escalation models
  • Feedback loops and agent performance monitoring and evaluations
  • Define reusable agent blueprints aligned to Lean‑derived task definitions
  • Apply leading edge agentic‑driven design and build methodologies (e.g., use of Codex, Factory AI, GitHub Copilot)
• Data Architecture & AI‑Ready Data Products
  • Design and oversee the build of AI‑ready data marts that:
  • Expose tax data at the right grain
  • Maintain lineage and quality controls
  • Support deterministic and probabilistic reasoning
  • Lead data ingestion and transformation from:
  • ERP systems
  • Tax platforms
  • Semi‑structured documents
  • External data sources
• Agent Governance & Security
  • Apply design‑led thinking to embed agent and workflow governance and security
  • Ensure compatibility and integration with client’s governance models and technology (e.g., Microsoft Agent 365)
  • Design and embed real‑time controls and risk monitoring
• Platform Strategy
  • Architect solutions deployable within client environments (e.g., ServiceNow with workflow‑orchestrated agents) and within EY‑hosted platforms
  • Ensure EY retains reusable IP through:
  • Agent blueprints
  • Data mart patterns
  • Orchestration logic
  • Delivery assets (e.g., design and build agents)
  • Security & governance blueprints
• CoE & Asset Development
  • Act as technical authority within the CoE
  • Develop reference architectures, patterns, and accelerators
  • Support PoCs, pilots, and scaled deployments
