EY's Global Tax Centre of Excellence is seeking a Data & AI Specialist to design and build agentic tax workflows and AI-ready data products. You will work at the intersection of tax domain knowledge, data architecture, and applied AI, delivering scalable data pipelines and governance aligned with client needs.

You will apply modern AI tooling (Azure ML, Databricks, LangChain) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform EY tax processes, ensuring quality, security, and reusable

Formación

• 6+ years of experience across data architecture, data engineering and analytics.
• Advanced certifications in AI, ML, cloud computing or data engineering are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling (Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong grounding in data modelling, governance and large-scale data integration.
• Experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Agentic Workflow & AI Design: design agentic workflows for tax processes and define reusable blueprints.
• Data Architecture & AI‑Ready Data Products: build AI‑ready data marts and ingestion pipelines from ERP, tax platforms and external sources.
• Agent Governance & Security: implement governance, real-time controls and risk monitoring for agent deployments.
