EY’s Global Tax Centre of Excellence Data & AI team leads client transformations using AI-driven tax workflows and robust data products. The Data & AI Specialist role supports AI-enabled design, data architecture, and governance across multiple markets.

The role focuses on designing agentic tax processes, building AI-ready data marts, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments in production environments. EY offers opportunities to lead edge technology initiatives.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience across data architecture, data engineering, and analytics.
• Hands-on production experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling.
• Experience building SQL databases, data modelling, and governance.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic workflows for tax processes, including agent responsibilities and inter-agent communication.
• Develop reusable agent blueprints and Lean-derived task definitions.
• Apply AI-driven design and build methodologies using Codex, Factory AI, and Copilot.
• Build AI-ready data marts with data lineage, quality controls, and deterministic/probabilistic reasoning.
• Create data ingestion pipelines from ERP, tax platforms, documents, and external sources.
• Establish embedded agent governance, security, real-time controls, and risk monitoring.
