EY’s Global Tax Centre of Excellence is seeking a Data & AI Lead to design agentic tax workflows underpinned by AI‑ready data products. You will architect data marts, oversee ingestion from ERP/tax platforms, and ensure governance with client‑scale deployments.

The role blends tax domain understanding with data architecture, AI orchestration, and platform strategy. You will lead PoCs, pilots, and scaled deployments, shaping technical strategy and operating models while collaborating with

Formación

• Degree in computer science or related field with AI, ML, cloud or data engineering certifications advantageous.
• 15+ years of experience across data architecture, data engineering and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling (Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow).
• Strong data modelling, governance and large‑scale data integration skills.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java and C++ with ML libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic tax workflows and AI‑driven data products for scalable client deployments.
• Lead data ingestion and transformation from ERP, tax platforms, semi‑structured documents, and external sources.
• Define reusable agent blueprints and governance, including security and risk monitoring.
• Architect solutions deployable in client environments and EY hosted platforms.
• Develop reference architectures, patterns and accelerators within the CoE.
