Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Digital Client Services & Experience Expert (User Change Management) on a VIE contract in Barcelona, Spain. You will develop and implement change management strategies, oversee UCM activities, and drive adoption of new services and processes within our Digital Data & Technology team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in UCM or IT training, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Communications. English fluency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in user change management or IT training.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities across diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL) and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user change management strategies aligned with project roadmaps and release schedules.
• Gather user requirements and feedback to understand impact and define change management approaches.
• Create user communication plans and training materials to drive awareness and readiness for upcoming changes.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance to support user adoption and proficiency.
• Define and plan Voice of the Customer and Q&A sessions globally, with local/regional Digital teams.
• Monitor user adoption metrics and address gaps and resistance through targeted interventions.
