IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Customer Program Manager in Madrid to own the end-to-end PBH contracts for LEAP-1A. You will steer a multidisciplinary team across engineering, planning, shop, supply chain and finance to deliver reliable, profitable outcomes.

Fluent English and Spanish, with a strong background in engine programme management and P&L control, are essential. You will manage executive communications, performance reviews and contract governance while travel to support critical

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in engine programme management, preferably LEAP/CFM56.
• Strong PBH contractual, airline maintenance ops, shop visit management and engine availability drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary interface with customers and oversee governance and executive communications.
• Lead the multidisciplinary programme team to ensure delivery and profitability.
• Own PBH programme P&L, monitor flight hours, cycles, costs and forecasts.
• Coordinate with OEM, suppliers and engineering, planning, shop and finance to meet priorities.
• Provide reliable reporting of KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
