Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Professional in Programme & Project Management to lead aerospace programs from initiation through closure. You will govern scope, schedule, costs and resources while ensuring contract fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The role demands a technical or management degree, 4+ years of experience, and strong teamwork with bilingual Spanish and English capabilities. Permanent employment and a focus on quality are emphasized.

Formación

• Technical or/and Managing Degree for leading Aerospace Programs.
• Experience: Minimum 4 Years.
• Team player, proactivity.
• Language: Advanced Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all activities across programs from initiation to closure.
• Ensure content and strategy align with organizational guidelines.
• Define and oversee budget and control costs to protect financial margins.
• Create the Integrated project baseline and monitor schedule, scope, WBS/WPs and resources.
• Coordinate with domains and support areas to resolve blocking points and escalate as needed.
• Provide program visibility to line management with KPIs and progress updates.
• Interface with customers and ensure contract fulfillment and documentation quality.
