IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Gate Manager based in Madrid to lead the production gate in the Engine Shop, directing Foremen and mechanic teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance and assembly activities.

You will drive Lean initiatives, align manpower, materials and tooling with production priorities, and ensure compliance with airworthiness, OEM and customer requirements throughout the gate.

Formación

• Minimum academic qualifications in Aeronautical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Technical studies.
• Operational excellence orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive changes.
• Customer focus in a high-demand aeronautical maintenance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage human and material resources assigned to the production gate.
• Ensure safety regulations, human factors standards and risk prevention.
• Ensure airworthiness, quality standards and approved procedures.
• Achieve KPIs like TAT, OTD, efficiency and productivity.
