ITP Aero in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Customer Support Senior Professional to be the primary interface with key GTF customers within the MRO Business Unit. You will oversee service delivery, manage contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely, compliant support across maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include acting as main point of contact, coordinating engineering, logistics, procurement and quality teams, delivering performance reports, and supporting contract

Formación

• Experience in customer account management within MRO or technical services.
• Strong understanding of MRO & repair processes and operational planning.
• Proficiency with SAP MRO for maintenance, repair, and overhaul workflows.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Aerospace or related engineering field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned MRO customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, quality) to meet customer requirements.
• Manage administrative exchanges including contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
• Prepare and deliver structured reports to customers, including performance metrics and service status.
• Ensure readiness for customer audits, technical reviews, and operational meetings.
• Monitor and report on account performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning activities based on customer demand and maintenance schedules.
