Hopper is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end, from conversations to interfaces in apps and websites. You will be the day-to-day design decision-maker, partnering with brand partners and our in-house design teams to shape flows and interfaces for millions of travelers.

You will lead roadmap decisions, collaborate across GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams, and test ideas with AI-driven prototypes to ensure top-tier customer

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience, including principal or lead ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Design fluency with ability to produce flows and basic mocks solo in Figma.
• Ability to write code to prototype working solutions and test ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Translate partner asks into product choices that scale across multiple partners.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design using Figma and collaborate on high-fidelity assets.
• Build prototypes using AI tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define quality bars with the evaluation team for resolution, containment and CSAT.
• Specify agent behavior, tone, guardrails, and escalation policies.
