Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid is seeking a Communications Systems Product Manager for combat aircraft. You will lead the design, development and certification of the communications system (HW/SW) across program milestones, ensuring technical quality, schedule and cost adherence, and successful customer acceptance.

You will manage multifunctional teams, liaise with the Chief Engineering Office, Program Office and customers, and shepherd the system from offer through to flight

Formación

• Educated in Aeronautical, Telecommunications or related Engineering degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in an Engineering related field.
• Avionics HW/SW integration experience valued.
• Background in technical team management.
• Background in project management.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, qualification and certification of the Communications System from the offer phase to product delivery.
• Manage the design, development and testing to ensure on-time delivery and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate multifunctional teams and liaise with the Chief Engineering Office, Program Office and customer.
