IGTalents is seeking a Sales Quality Lead to own and continuously improve the quality of sales across outsourced call center partners in LATAM. This role involves developing and enforcing quality standards, scripts, and QA processes to deliver compliant, high-converting customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales QA or coaching, experience with outsourced vendors, and strong analytics. This fully remote position offers LATAM-aligned hours and a collaborative leadership

Formación

• 2+ years in Sales QA, Call Center QA, or Sales Coaching.
• Experience in FinTech, CFD/Forex, Crypto, iGaming, or high-volume B2C sales.
• Proven experience with outsourced call center vendors.
• Strong sales techniques, objection handling, and conversion-driven communication.
• Hands-on in creating sales scripts, QA scorecards, and quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in sales and customer interactions.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and translate insights into improvements.
• Experience with LATAM markets is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate sales calls across outsourced call center partners in LATAM.
• Implement and leverage AI-powered QA tools to monitor call quality.
• Score calls against quality frameworks and deliver structured feedback to vendor teams.
• Develop, maintain, and improve sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and call flows.
• Own the sales quality methodology, including evaluation criteria, scoring standards, and QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.
• Identify recurring quality issues and drive improvements through coaching and process optimization.
• Prepare regular quality reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with the Head of Sales LATAM to align quality standards with overall sales strategy.
• Support onboarding of new outsourced call center partners by providing training materials and sales methodology.
