Labwest in Malaga, Spain, invites an experienced Administration and Customer Service Supervisor to lead our small administration team in the laboratory.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing day-to-day admin operations, overseeing workflows, and collaborating with the Laboratory Operations Manager and the Instrumentation team to ensure smooth lab performance and a high‑performing culture.

Formación

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles overseeing frontline staff.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in office administration and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organise, plan and multi-task effectively.
• Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Office and admin systems.
