Innotaxes is seeking a Senior Freelance Labor Consultant to co-manage end-to-end payroll and labor operations with full autonomy.

You will execute multi-agreement payroll runs, apply Spanish labor law, and handle REM systems (Sistema RED, Delt@/SILTRA, Contrat@).

This remote, B2B role offers 20 hours per week, a fast-paced startup environment, and flexible scheduling to deliver flawless results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working as an independent consultant or in high-volume registries/consultancies.
• Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social.
• Advanced Excel skills for cost reporting and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-agreement payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements.
• Master various collective agreements and salary tables.
• Manage daily payroll operations with systems like Sistema RED and Delt@/SILTRA.
• Act as labor advisory expert on contracts, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions.
• Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC).
• Calculate IRPF withholdings and coordinate with finance team.

You will work completely hand-in-hand with the team, managing your own block of ownership with total autonomy.

• Execute multi-agreement payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos).
• Master the application of different collective agreements and salary tables.
• Seamless daily management of Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and Contrat@.

Strategic Labor Advisory

• Act as a go-to expert for labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions).
• Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC) when needed.
• Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax/finance team.

Requirements (What you bring)

• 3 to 5 years as an independent consultant or working in high-volume business registries/consultancies.
• Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social.
• Expert proficiency in payroll software and Advanced Excel (for cost reporting and data reconciliation).
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and latest reforms.
