Capitole is seeking an L2 Platform Operations Engineer specialized in MuleSoft Platform Operations. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and involves maintaining a large-scale MuleSoft Platform across cloud environments.

You will handle production operations, incident resolution, platform improvements, deployment support, and automation to keep mission-critical integrations running for international teams.

Formación

• Experience managing MuleSoft Platform (not API development).
• Hands-on Terraform experience.
• OpenShift experience.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID and API Security.
• Experience with GitHub and Argo CI/CD.
• Professional English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Support MuleSoft Platform operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage deployments and operational activities across AWS, Azure and OpenShift.
• Support Flex Gateway configuration and platform stability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, analyze logs and identify root causes.
• Create simple automation scripts and improve operational processes.

At Capitole, were partnering with one of our international clients in the enterprise technology sector to find an experienced L2 Platform Operations Engineer specialized in MuleSoft Platform Operations.

Whats the challenge?

Youll play a key role in ensuring the stability and availability of a large-scale MuleSoft Platform operating across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift environments.

Youll work on production operations, incident resolution, platform improvements, deployment support and operational automation, helping keep mission-critical integrations running across international teams.

Youll be working on:

• Supporting MuleSoft Platform operations and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Managing deployments and operational activities across AWS, Azure and OpenShift.
• Supporting Flex Gateway configuration and platform stability.
• Troubleshooting production incidents, analyzing logs and identifying root causes.
• Creating simple automation scripts and improving operational processes.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience managing MuleSoft Platform (not API development).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Experience working with OpenShift.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID and API Security.
• Experience with GitHub and Argo CI/CD.
• Professional English (C1).
