JetBrains is seeking a Learning and Development lead to own two critical learning portfolios: Core and Discovery, focusing on leadership development, individual learning, and AI-enabled formats.

You will translate loosely defined needs into clear goals, collaborating with HR, Comp & Benefits, Analytics, and department leads to translate needs into deliverables, and build decision-making frameworks to demonstrate impact across JetBrains.

Formación

• Experience leading a talent development, L&D, or similar people development function.
• Extensive experience diagnosing organizational needs and building custom solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify expectations and negotiate trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to set clear goals and help teams move from broad requests to measurable outcomes.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to design leadership development systems and manage learning governance and budget planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own two critical learning portfolios: Core and Discovery.
• Bridge high-level strategy and day-to-day team realities to create practical learning goals.
• Collaborate with department leads, HR, Comp & Benefits, and Analytics to translate needs into deliverables.
• Build decision-making frameworks for learning investments and demonstrate impact across the company.
• Use data and surveys to evaluate learning impact and adjust priorities.
