Shiftmove, a fast-growing B2B SaaS fleet management platform, is building a scalable onboarding engine from the ground up. Based in Barcelona, you will lead a small team of Onboarding Specialists across locations and work closely with Product, CS and Support to deliver education that reduces support needs and accelerates value realization.

You will craft digital, self-serve learning journeys, leverage AI tools for content creation, and drive adoption and retention across Optimum and Ocean while

Formación

• SaaS onboarding or enablement experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Proven ability to design scalable learning journeys and training materials.
• Experience leading a small onboarding/education team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of 2-3 Onboarding Specialists based in Casablanca, Morocco.
• Design segmented, digital-first onboarding journeys across Optimum and Ocean platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Support to align content with releases.
• Produce engaging resources (videos, guides, webinars) with AI-powered tooling.
• Own knowledge base content strategy and future Intercom migration for AI chatbots.
