Job summary

ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza seeks a Learning & Development Manager to craft and lead the learning, culture, and internal communications strategy ahead of the resort opening. You will shape capabilities, service culture, and employee experience from day one, driving engagement and belonging across the organization.

You will design and deliver onboarding, leadership programs, and training aligned with The ZEST Effect, measure outcomes, and coordinate with external providers to build a world-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, L&D, hospitality or related field.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development within hospitality or luxury services.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the L&D strategy to support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Develop onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for all employees.
• Create training programs on service excellence, leadership, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to identify gaps and craft targeted learning solutions.
• Coordinate internal communication that reinforces culture and values.
