Jobtailor is seeking a motivated L&D intern to support the Europe-wide training calendar, coordinate learning initiatives and assist with campaigns across the organization.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and LMS platforms, while tracking participation and impact and reporting to the Europe Talent, OD and DIBE Manager.

This paid internship can be arranged through your university and offers exposure to corporate learning operations.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university.
• No professional experience required, but prior internship or campus projects are desirable.
• Experience with MS 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Exposure to LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, LMS platforms or internal communications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar to support prioritization and execution.
• Coordinate logistics for external L&D initiatives, including invitations and attendance tracking.
• Design and launch LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns.
• Create and maintain the Development WeBlend page with calendars and resources.
• Serve as the L&D coordination point of contact for routine questions.
• Track participation, completion, feedback and learning metrics for updates.
