Griffith Foods Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support the FY27 learning priorities across Europe. The role focuses on organizing, communicating, launching and tracking internal and external learning initiatives in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will help translate identified training needs into a practical FY27 training calendar, create engaging learning campaigns, and provide first-line support for L&D processes and policies.

Formación

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business administration, psychology, labor relations, communications, or related field.
• Formal internship agreement with university/school required.
• No professional experience required; prior internships/part-time work or university projects are desirable.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel trackers, PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar: consolidate approved learning initiatives by function, audience, owner, timing, delivery format and outcomes.
• Support implementation of external L&D initiatives: coordinate logistics for trainings, including vendor follow-up, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Support internal L&D: design and launch LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns (onboarding, Finance for non-Finance, AI/Copilot, PM, leadership).
• Create and maintain the Development WeBlend page: ensure it is up to date and user-friendly with calendars, resources, and FAQs.
• Act as L&D coordination point of contact: respond to routine questions and escalate complex matters to the Europe Talent, OD and DIBE Manager.
• Track progress and impact: maintain trackers for participation, completion, feedback, and costs for updates to People team and stakeholders.

The role exists to help translate identified training needs into a practical FY27 training calendar, create engaging learning campaigns, maintain the Development WeBlend page and provide first-line support for L&D process and policy questions.**Key Roles & Responsibilities*** **Build and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar:** consolidate approved learning initiatives by function, audience, owner, timing, delivery format and expected outcome; maintain a clear calendar to support prioritization, visibility and execution discipline.* **Support implementation of external L&D initiatives:** coordinate logistics for approved FY27 trainings, including vendor follow-up, participant lists, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, materials, evaluation surveys and completion reporting.* **Support implementation of internal L&D initiatives:** help design and launch LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns, including initial focus areas such as onboarding, Finance for non-Finance, AI/Copilot, project management, leadership and functional capability building.* **Create and maintain the Development WeBlend page:** ensure the page is up to date, user-friendly and aligned with the FY27 learning offer, including calendars, learning pathways, resources, campaign links and FAQs.* **Act as an L&D coordination point of contact:** respond to routine questions on L&D processes, learning platforms, training enrollment and policy guidance, escalating complex matters to the Europe Talent, OD and DIBE Manager.* **Track progress and impact:** maintain trackers for participation, completion, feedback, costs where relevant and key learning metrics to support regular updates to the People team and business stakeholders.**Requirements*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field.* **To be eligible for the position, it is required that a formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school.*** No professional experience required, but previous internship, part-time work, volunteer experience, or university projects are desirable.* Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel trackers, PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.* Exposure to LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, LMS platforms, learning campaigns or internal communications is a plus.
