Adyen in Madrid is seeking a Sub Customer Onboarding Team Lead to guide a global KYC/CDD-focused team. You will ensure compliance standards, meet SLAs, and deliver an excellent customer experience while scaling onboarding across platforms.

You will lead, coach, and manage team members, optimize capacity planning, and collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Commercial teams to improve QA scores and operational flow. English communication required.

Formación

• Deep domain expertise in KYC/CDD, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Experience managing teams in high-volume Operations, Support, or Compliance.
• End-to-end ownership of onboarding lifecycle and regulatory alignment.
• Collaboration with Compliance and Product to improve QA scores.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team responsible for KYC during onboarding of new platforms.
• Evaluate performance through metrics and report results to Senior Leadership.
• Coach, mentor and manage team members; provide direct feedback.
• Manage capacity planning and weekend shifts with peers.
• Work closely with compliance to improve quality assurance scores.
• Proactively manage escalations and ensure a positive merchant experience.
• Anticipate new product launches and align on regulatory requirements.
