eClerx seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Global KYC Policy & Governance program from Madrid. You will shape global and regional KYC policies, oversee governance, and interpret regulatory changes to ensure compliant client onboarding and lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires deep expertise in KYC/AML, policy implementation, and experience with complex entities and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on operational excellence in global teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in KYC, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, policy governance, client onboarding, or CLM transformation within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrable experience drafting KYC policies, procedures, standards, and operational guidance.
• Strong understanding of global KYC standards and regional/local variations.
• Practical expertise with SPVs, trusts, foundations, and beneficial ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global and regional KYC policy development and governance.
• Translate regulatory changes into concise, operational policies and procedures.
• Interpret global standards and regional nuances for UK, Spain, and EMEA.
• Develop training and decision trees to improve entity reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with policy governance stakeholders and triage changes across platforms.
