DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced KYC Due Diligence Implementation Team Manager- AVP to lead the end-to-end KYC process for new client adoptions and ongoing reviews. The role focuses on maintaining compliance, managing an implementation team, and delivering timely, high-quality outputs.

Fluency in English and German is required to collaborate across functions and regions. You will oversee risk assessments, documentation verification, and go-live support while driving process

Formación

• 5+ years AML/KYC experience in financial services.
• Strong English and German language skills.
• Understanding of control, compliance, investigation functions.
• Analytical and investigative capabilities.
• Experience with KYC management systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end KYC process for new client adoptions.
• Oversee 10-member implementation team.
• Coordinate Run the Bank and Change the Bank topics.
• Ensure timely and quality outputs with regulatory compliance.
• Develop metrics and reports for stakeholders.
• Support go-live and stabilize operations.
• Verify client data and perform due diligence.
