Deutsche Bank is seeking a KYC & Onboarding Specialist for its Private Banking group in Spain. You will support onboarding, perform KYC reviews, and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance and Legal to ensure smooth client access and compliance.

You will analyze complex client structures, identify risks, and provide actionable feedback to frontline staff while maintaining regulatory standards and high-quality service.

Formación

• 2+ years in CLM/KYC within Private Banking.
• Knowledge of KYC standards and banking documentation/regulations.
• Analytical skills to assess complex client structures.
• Understanding of private banking products and international regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem solving, multitasking, attention to detail and teamwork under deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Microsoft Office tools; Avaloq knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed reviews of client documentation and KYC information; identify and elevate potential compliance risks.
• Analyze complex client and ownership structures and provide feedback on onboarding/KYC outcomes.
• Advise Front Office through account opening and KYC review.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal to remove blockers and improve CLM efficiency.
• Track cases, follow up on progress, and produce regular reporting with improvement actions.
• Take on further responsibilities depending on personal development and team needs.
