Job summary

BVNK is hiring an Onboarding Analyst for a 6-month contract across multiple regions, including Spain. You will play a key role in reviewing customer applications, verifying KYC data, and performing high-risk screening to ensure compliant onboarding.

The role supports a FinTech environment with collaboration across Operations, Trading, Sales, and Management. We require 2+ years in KYC onboarding or customer screening, strong knowledge of AML/CDD/EDD, and experience with sanctions and adverse

Qualifications

• 2+ years of KYC onboarding or customer screening experience in payments, fintech, banking, or FX.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD requirements for individual customers.
• Hands-on experience with sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening, alert investigation, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Review customer applications and verify KYC documentation per policies.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening and resolve alerts.
• Perform CDD and EDD reviews, flag high-risk cases and assess risk profiles.
• Make risk-based onboarding decisions and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for compliance.
