Satispay is seeking a KYC Analyst Intern to join the FinCrime & Operations team in Barcelona for a 6-month internship, supporting consumer onboarding and verification processes.

You will review identity documents, handle daily queues, and learn about screening alerts and regulatory frameworks for digital payments while developing your analytical and customer-facing skills in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with clear communication.
• Professional English; Italian is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide email-based support guiding users through verification and activation.
• Review identity documents for authenticity and compliance with internal standards.
• Manage a daily queue to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Identify red flags and escalate high‑risk cases to FinCrime team.
• Learn screening alerts and the regulatory framework behind digital payments.
