Qonto is seeking a KYCB Analyst in Barcelona to support Dutch market account openings. You will review KYC/KYB documents, contact clients for additional information, and drive onboarding by timely communications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and clear decision-making in a fast-growing fintech environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with the position based in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch; English as internal working language.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and client communication.
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with ability to justify decisions.
• Awareness of compliance and risk considerations in a payments context.

Responsibilities

• Review and decide on KYC/KYB documentation during account openings.
• Contact clients by phone to request documents and explain requirements.
• Support onboarding by making reminder calls to progress subscriptions.
• Monitor validations queue and flag bottlenecks and risks.
• Escalate blockers to backline team and avoid guesswork.
