BETWEEN is seeking an AI Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Barcelona teams for a 6-9 month project. You will manage knowledge base content and optimize it for both customers and AI assistants, supporting migrations, governance, and continuous improvement; collaborating across stakeholders to keep content accurate and multilingual.

This role sits in a fast-paced, digital environment with AI-driven support initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, content operations or information architecture.
• Multilingual content and localization experience is required or highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows and tooling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality and maintenance of customer-facing knowledge base content.
• Optimize content for human users and AI-powered support experiences.

As part of a global Customer Experience organization, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing knowledge base content that supports customers, support teams, and AI-powered assistants.

You will help drive content quality initiatives, support knowledge base migrations, improve information architecture, and ensure content is optimized for modern AI-driven support experiences.

Your day-to-day
