Ideal candidates have hands-on Klaviyo experience, strong English, and a track record managing several ecommerce accounts while collaborating with designers, builders and media buyers to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Klaviyo ownership across multiple ecommerce client accounts.
• Clear explanation of flow relationships and filters.
• Experience driving performance using revenue data.
• Experience managing multiple ecommerce/DTC accounts.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS strategy for multiple client accounts in Klaviyo.
• Audit accounts for revenue attribution, flows, campaigns, and hygiene.
• Design flow architecture and segmentation strategies across lifecycle stages.
• Diagnose deliverability issues and perform list hygiene improvements.
• Write and review email copy and briefs for designers.
• QA flows and campaigns before launch; report performance.
• Collaborate with head of email, designers, builders, and media buyers.
